There being no further objection, the Senate Letter of Intent was adopted. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) "An Act relating to violations of laws by juveniles, to the remedies for offenses and activities committed by juveniles and to records of those offenses, and to incarceration of juveniles who have been charged, prosecuted, or convicted as adults; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 54(FIN) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 12 NAYS: 7 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Kerttula, Lincoln, Little, Zharoff Excused: Salo and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) passed the Senate with a Senate Letter of Intent. Senator Taylor moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
